Built across three floors, we offer lower ground parking with direct access up to the foyer, offering protection from the scorching sun or the famous monsoons of Goa.You enter the villa compound through a beautiful archway with handcrafted teak double doors.
We have curated art from many local Goan artists and photographers for this villa,such as ShilpaNasnolkar, whose series “Landscapes of Goa” perfectly reflects the state of mind of this villa. Aayushi Saini, whose work depicts the various species of Goa and she has an extremely unqiue method of using micro brushes. MelroyD’Silva, who’s a quintessential Goa photographer and for this villa we curated various sunsets. Nandini Raikar, whose art portrays a deep connect between human emotions and nature.

Foyer

The main double panelled teak door welcomes you into the private foyer. Here you will see the magnificent grand marble staircase and a mid century modern console table. We have full height wall panelling which adds to the beauty of the foyer. This room has vivid art by another local Goan artist Nandini Raikar. To complete the look we have bespoke flooring of beehive-shaped black and white handmade tiles.

Living/Dining

The living and dining space opens up through a large glass door from the foyer. This thoughtfully designed room has a bay window on each side, creating stunning sunlit nooks and three large arch doors opening onto the outdoor veranda which overlooks the pool.

The indoor outdoor spaces merge into each other seamlessly and have a very relaxed serene and warm feel to them. The exquisite interiors have been created in order to make our guests feel right at home, yet enjoy all the perks of a luxury boutique hotel. This room offers a 65” TV where you can spend your downtime relaxing while having fun family movie nights. The furniture has a classic feel to it with a lot of subtle floral upholstery on the dining chairs contrasting with traditional Indian upholstery on the arm chairs.On entering the room you are drawn to a large painting of a Blue lady by a Haitian artist – Ramon Haiti Filiu.

The dining room has an expansive eight seater dining table, a large dining console and a handcrafted blue stained brass inlay teakwood bar. All this creates the perfect ambience for you to enjoy your time here.

Kitchen

Expanding on the green theme, the kitchen cabinets are a stunning sage green. Fully fitted with a central island breakfast counter, unique metal and upholstered barstools, wine chiller and all the latest gadgets – this is a dream kitchen in which to cook, relax and allow your inner chef to shine. The windows allow an abundance of natural light to flow through which makes cooking a pleasure and the French windows open onto a Juliet balcony which can be extended into a kitchen garden.

Ground Floor Bedroom

This sunlit green room with contrasting black and white flooring has an upholstered king size bed with matching side tables and two floral classical armchairs. All our bedrooms offer the luxury comforts that one would expect in any 5* luxury hotel from around the world. There’s ample storage as well as an en-suite bathroom. The four arch windows allow an abundance of natural light and yet the blackout curtains offer complete privacy for a great night’s sleep.

First Floor Lounge

The grand marble staircase takes you upto the first floor lounge, with breath-takingly high ceilings and skylight that keeps it lit and absolutely gorgeous throughout the day.Perfect for the evenings, we have a bespoke chandelier with champagne coloured glass which creates a subtle warm light. The seating is a classic rattan sofa with floral upholstery, marble clad oval coffee table and a fun mustard reading chair with a matching footstool. This room opens onto a wrap around Juliet balcony where one can step out to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine.

First Floor Bedroom 2

This spacious bedroom is sunlit with a bay window and a large arched French door that opens on to a wide terrace. The king size bed is a classic rattan with a beige PU finish with matching side tables. Two floral arm chairs sit at the bay window and there’s a mid-century modern study table for when we have to work from home. From this room one steps onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and the 55 acres of indigenous forest. There’s plenty of bird watching to be enjoyed while sitting out having a leisure breakfast or reading your favourite book.

First Floor Bedroom 3

This bedroom has a king size leatherette upholstered bed with matching side tables, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. An abundance of sunlight comes through the large bay window as well as the arched French door opening on to the wide terrace. The room has a 55” TV for your entertainment and convenience, allowing you to enjoy your favourite shows and movies without leaving the comfort of your bed. The terrace is shared by the second and third bedrooms and has comfortable seating in the form of lounge chairs and arm chair for long evening spent holidaying together. It is the perfect welcoming space to enjoy the long mornings and evenings together.

Master Bedroom

This master bedroom is more a master suite with a teak wood king size four poster bed and matching side tables, a very comfortable three seater sofa with a subtle modern print opposite which sits a vintage Portuguese armchair with a quiet floral print and a teakwood oval coffee table. This corner seating is perfect for in room dining or a long comfortable morning breakfast. We offer a 55” TV in this room for visual entertainment, creating your own personal retreat for relaxation and binge-watching. The room has an abundance of natural light coming through the six arched windows stepping out into a Juliet wraparound balcony. There is no shortage of storage with the walk-in wardrobe along witha large wall hung full length mirror.

Master Bathroom

This master bathroom compliments the master bedroom completely with a his and her vanity, a spacious shower cubicle and a standalone tub. The arch French doors are romantically located by the bath tub and open onto a Juliet balcony, giving you the most sublime view of the tree tops.

Bathrooms

Each room has a beautifully designed en-suite marble clad bathroom which superbly compliment the bedrooms. There is an abundance of natural light in all the bathrooms and each one is uniquely designed with beautiful handcrafted wooden vanities with marble clad spacious countertops and large charmingly designed mirrors. Elements from the adjoining bedrooms are seamlessly introduced into the bathrooms to ensure you’re surrounded by luxury wherever you are in the villa.
