Choosing to move to Goa from London two-and-a-half years ago, our founder and CEO, Paul Dass OBE, knew that he had made the right decision with regards to lifestyle and running his businesses. Unfortunately, his search for a new home was unsuccessful.
After developing properties in London and India over the last 30 years, Paul decided to take a step in creating luxurious homes in Goa and today prides himself and his team on their ability to bring together a brand called Mayaland Homes, a company that combines the best of British and international designers, progressive technology with Indian professionals, artisans and designers.
Started in 2017, Mayaland Homes aims to create an eco-luxury lifestyle by building homes that are exceptional yet sustainable. With visionary founder and CEO Paul Dass OBE, Mayaland Homes offers its expertise with its 30-year experience, to ensure luxury homes are built to the highest international standards and all of its clients’ needs are exceptionally managed.

Paul Dass, OBE
Founder & CEO
British-Indian entrepreneur Paul Dass was honoured with an Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty the Queen of England in 2015 for his service of collaborating with the British government, in establishing UK IBC (India Business Council) Business centres in India. He has always been zealous about the real estate business as he has been developing high-end property in India and London for over 30 years.
Paul’s extensive knowledge of the realty markets in India and London ensures good value and quality in delivery. He has been the driving force behind the recent phenomenal growth charted by Pacific Interiors, our in-house construction and interiors company, through his inspirational leadership.
His professionalism and keen sense of business ethics set him apart. His team consists of a group of talented and focused professionals with highly competent skills and many years of industry experience which ensures creative design solutions that range from simple and elegant to complex, technical and modern.

Aaron David Clarke
Design Director
Award-winning, leading senior design director, Aaron David Clarke possesses over 15 years of experience in the high-end design sector.
Over the years Clarke has overseen the design of numerous key projects for Pacific Interiors and Soho House, Juhu, and key interior designer, Martin Brudnizki. His work is regularly profiled in every prominent interior design publication, including AD, Elle decoration, Wallpaper magazine and Monocle. He has overseen and mentored many leading design directors building global teams to ensure his client’s projects are at the forefront of design.
He has created an outstanding blend of inspirational Indo-Portuguese architecture and fine craftsmanship for Mayaland’s first project and masterpiece Grande Gemeo Villa I & II, focusing more on innovative design solutions that impeccably blend functional and aesthetic needs of the customer.
Sandeep Dass
International Director
Over the past 20 years, Sandeep has worked with a number of the world’s leading real estate, property and construction firms across Europe, the Middle East and South-East Asia. Based in London, he has extensive experience of developing, leasing and managing residential and mixed use projects; with a particular focus on the Central London market. With an extensive international network of contacts, Sandeep provides Mayaland Homes both regional and global exposure. Having read Law at university, he majored in international trade.
Sonita Unadkat
International Marketing Director
Sonita has 22 years of experience of sales and marketing with global luxury brands. Having successfully launched multiple British brands into the Indian market, Sonita has joined the team at Mayaland Hospitality as their International Marketing Director. Having worked with 5* hotels in New Delhi and Mumbai give her invaluable insight into what the Indian luxury market expects.

Director
George has been working with the company for close to three decades in various positions. Now as the Director of the company, George’s leadership is not just about directing; it’s about inspiring every team member to contribute to our shared success.
Maithili Pamwani
Design Head – India
Maithili is a passionate interior and product designer whose work is guided by a strong belief in design being a problem-solving tool, as a way of recognising and forming relationships between ideas and reality and as a method for improving the connection between people and the spaces they love and inhabit. She has been independently designing homes and commercial spaces in Mumbai and Goa since 2005. At Mayaland Homes, she collaborates and designs contemporary and luxurious spaces for the changing landscape of Goa.
Ruchika Wadhwa
Procurement Manager
Ruchika has been working with the company for the past 10 years. As our procurement manager, she strives to ensure that the organization acquires exceptional products at competitive prices. Having great relationships with suppliers in and around the country, Ruchika assures that the procurement function of the company is seamlessly met.
